ACCI is preparing for a major prototype-development and commercialization program covering its intelligent communications, energy-management, and AI-integrated technology platforms.
Capital objective
The current planning range is approximately $2.8 million for an initial development program, with up to $5.0 million contemplated for broader engineering, validation, pilot deployment, manufacturing readiness, and commercialization activities. Final financing structure, terms, and use of proceeds are subject to corporate approval, legal review, and applicable securities laws.
Milestones
Planned milestones include completion of engineering design, working prototypes, laboratory validation, selected pilot programs, certification planning, manufacturing readiness, and commercial-development activities
